Terms
Last updated 18 September 2026.
These are the terms for using Oiko. They are written to be read once, in plain language.
What Oiko is
Oiko is an app that takes what is circling in your head and turns it into one thing you can actually start: a draft email, a script for a call, or a first step small enough to do.
Oiko is not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat anything and gives no medical advice. It is also not legal or financial advice. What it writes is a starting point that you read and decide about.
Using Oiko
You can use Oiko without an account. An account keeps your tasks on every device you sign in on. You need to be 13 or older to have one.
Please do not use Oiko to break the law, to harass anybody, or to try to get at other people’s accounts or our systems. If you do, we may close your account.
Your account
You sign in with a link we email you. There is no password. Anyone with your inbox can get into your account, so look after your email.
You can delete your account at any time, from Settings in the app or at oiko.space/delete-account. We can close an account that is being used to break these terms, and we will email you when we do unless the law stops us.
What you write stays yours
Your tasks and your words are yours. We do not claim them, and we do not use them to advertise anything to you. We send them to the services listed in our privacy policy only so Oiko can do the thing you asked it to do.
Nothing is sent without your yes
Oiko writes drafts. It never sends an email, makes a call, or acts on your behalf without you choosing it for that specific thing, every time. Once you send something, it is yours: check what a draft says before it goes.
Oiko uses a language model, and language models get things wrong. Read what it wrote.
Oiko Pro
Inside the Android app, Oiko Pro is bought through Google Play. The price you see is Google’s price for your country. A Pro plan renews automatically until you cancel it.
Cancel or change your plan in your Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan you already paid for keeps working until the end of that period. Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play’s refund policy. If your payment fails, Google retries it, and Pro keeps working while they do.
Deleting your Oiko account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Play first.
We can change what Pro includes or what it costs. If we do, we will tell you before it affects a plan you already have.
When Oiko is not working
We do our best to keep Oiko up, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose something. Keep anything you cannot afford to lose somewhere else as well.
Oiko is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top, and we will say so in the app if the change matters.
